Frequently Asked Questions
An Emotional Release session contains one or all of the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code models. Through Grace we agree to connect through the Holy Spirit of God in us and with the use of muscle testing we are able to identify trapped negative emotional energy, faulty belief systems and or other imbalances in the body that are blocking our healing process. By identifying these issues we are able to release them and allow the healing power of love to do its work in our bodies to heal.
A heart wall is made of one or more trapped emotions that we subconsciously built to surround our heart as a protective barrier. Each heart wall emotion is one layer in the collective heart wall, which creates an energetic boundary between ourselves and others preventing us from experiencing the fullness of inner expressions of love. A heart wall causes you to feel disconnected from others because of this. In turn you may feel lonely, sad, anxious and even unmotivated. Physical symptoms such as neck and shoulder discomfort may develop.
Negative emotions are vibrational frequencies that are generated by your organs and glands in response to stress, an experience, a negative thought, or imbalance in the body.
Negative emotions are generally influenced by what is happening in the moment, often in addition to trapped emotions and other imbalances already present.
Negative emotions are a normal and valuable part of life, and an important part of your internal guidance system.
An emotion can become trapped if it is overwhelming in some way, or if the normal emotional process (creating, experiencing, and letting go) gets interrupted somehow.
A trapped emotion is a ball of vibrating energy about the size of your clenched fist.
Trapped emotions can lodge anywhere in your body, where they can exert a distorting force on the energy field, which can lead to all kinds of physical and emotional issues.
Emotions that have become trapped during your lifetime (after your birth) are the most common type of trapped emotions and are referred to in The Body Code as common trapped emotions.
